About Indtec Corporation
Indtec Corporation began in Marina, California in 1991 Founded by a PCB design engineer, along with 5 employees, the company began serving local customers in the industrial measurement and controls businesses. In 1996, Indtec acquired customers in the semiconductor fabrication industry.

Indtec employs more than 40 people and produces over 120,000 circuit boards per year, and we continue to grow. The company was recently acquired by a two-member partnership, working with the founder, toward a shared goal of expanding the business and building capabilities.

Matthew Rowe
President & CEO
Matt has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, having led product development teams at Sandia National Labs and Honeywell Aerospace. Matt’s past work as a strategy consultant at Kearney and MBA from the Wharton School adds a strategic business perspective to Indtec’s operations.
Matt Rowe joined Indtec Corporation as President and CEO in July 2022 upon its acquisition by Pacific Grove Partners, LLC. Matt previously worked in the aerospace and defense industry as Principal Project Manager and PRT lead at Sandia National Laboratories; as F-35 Program Manager at Honeywell International; and as a management consultant at Kearney. Matt obtained his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
Ross Schuchard
CTO & CFO
Ross brings over 20 years of military experience and holds a Ph.D. in Computational Social Science. His expertise in data analytics and machine learning enhances Indtec’s ability to innovate and improve manufacturing processes.
Ross Schuchard joined Indtec Corporation as CTO and CFO upon his retirement from the U.S. Army. Prior to joining Indtec, Ross was an Assistant Professor and Technical Director in the Operations Research Dept. at Naval Postgraduate School, where he was responsible for Computational and Data Science research/instruction. Previously, Ross led the establishment of Data Science capabilities at many Department of Defense commands and agencies. Ross earned his M.S. and Ph.D in Computational Social Science from George Mason University, and his B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
